We hope that you will take the time to review our list of “Expanded Base Price Inclusions” below and “80 Reasons to Build with Horwath.” You’ll get a better feeling for all of the quality upgrades that we include in our standard pricing. It should go without saying that a design that has more windows, plus more exterior wall, roof and basement complexity like our designs, will cost more that one that has been simplified to minimize those very things that make a house special. In the end, the better the design, the more you and your family & friends will like it, and the better will be your appreciation and marketability when it’s time to sell. When you request information from us, we will send you our plans that fit the requirements you’ve identified. They will all be individually priced. It is our goal to give you the highest quality new Horwath home for the best possible price, and to make sure that you love the experience and your new home.
HORWATH HOME TYPE AND COST PER SQ FT
We divided our homes plans into 3 groups:
1-1/2 story (master on 1st floor)
2 story (master on 2nd floor)
The general reason that 1 story homes (followed by 1-1/2 stories) are more expensive is that they have a larger basement and a larger roof, and a higher percentage of taller walls and ceilings.
